Adaptability and flexibility are key in our small school especially as, in the first instance you will be teaching a year 5/6 class in the mornings and a class of year 4/5/6 every afternoon. Our morning sessions are currently with a group below 20 increasing to a standard class size of around 30 in the afternoons.
