Location: Leys Pools and Leisure centre (may be required to help out at other sites as well)

Working Hours: 16 hours per week, mainly weekend work
Salary: £13.60 per hour

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist to join us.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service regarding the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face-to-face, via emails, and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent training and development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who, like the members of staff, takes pride and strives to give the best service possible for those who visit the site and go the extra mile for customers when required.
You will have previous experience dealing face-to-face with customers in a busy environment, including sales experience if possible. You will have good communication and customer care skills, maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confidence with using IT systems. It is desirable that you hold any customer service qualifications as well.
