Job Description Job Description: Senior Architect (Freelance) Location: London, UK We are partnering with a prestigious London-based architectural practice that is seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. This freelance role is initially set for 3 months, with the possibility of an ongoing extension based on project needs and performance. Position Details: Role: Senior Architect (Freelance) Duration: 3 months (potential for ongoing extension) Day Rate: Up to £240, depending on experience Responsibilities: Manage multiple project packages, ensuring timely and quality delivery Participate in design reviews for different sections of the building as the project progresses Work extensively on medium to large-scale office buildings, focusing on RIBA stages 3, 4, and 5 Requirements: Certified Architect with comprehensive experience across all RIBA stages Over 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial office projects Deep understanding of facade development, building regulations, and sustainability practices Proficiency in Revit 2D/3D and AutoCAD 2D Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale projects Strong management skills with a focus on detailed design and execution Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders JOB ID: 68891 Please get in touch with me, Riley if this position sounds of interest.
