Main Purpose of the Role:
* To develop and implement strategic plans that optimise processes, increase efficiency, and achieve organisational goals within Arena Seating.
* Collaborate with various teams to analyse data, forecast future needs, and streamline operations.
* Ensure the accurate and effective population and maintenance of the crew schedule, aligning resources to meet project demands and business objectives.
* Training and Development Strategy: Partner with the HR team and Operations Director to identify training needs within the Operations team, evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs, and develop advanced strategies to enhance employee development and retention.
* Subcontractor and Agency Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with subcontractors and agency labour providers to ensure workforce flexibility and scalability during peak periods. Lead contract negotiations, set clear expectations, and foster strong working relationships.
* Resource Allocation Oversight: Oversee the orchestration of resource allocation, ensuring optimal scheduling and budget control in line with project team agreements.
