Finance Administrator
Salary: £25,000

1. Allocation of cash receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts.
2. Resolve customer queries with tact and diplomacy, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
3. Data entry.
4. Reviewing account accuracy.
Essential Criteria:
1. Proven experience in a similar finance/admin environment.
2. Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues to meet demanding deadlines.
3. Great verbal and written communication skills.
