Reporting to the Contracts Director within the Facilities Management division, the ideal candidate will be a motivated and reliable professional who brings enthusiasm and positivity to a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties Ensuring projects and contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget. Procurement of relevant plant, materials, and subcontractor packages. Managing the project team, overseeing staff, labour coordination, and control. Meeting with clients regularly. Liaising with clients and contractors for successful project delivery. Ordering and managing products and machinery for site use. Skills and Qualifications: A clean driving license is essential. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant qualification is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Health and Safety knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills. Self-motivation with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn and assist. Organized and disciplined in planning and execution. Confidence working as part of a team in a busy environment. Projects are based throughout Northern Ireland. Client has offices in Mid Ulster and Belfast so there is flexibility to work at either depending on current location.
