We are looking for a Practice Nurse with experience in all basic Practice Nurse tasks to become part of the current nursing team. Skills and interest in diabetes would be particularly welcome. We are a friendly, motivated and mutually supportivenursing team within our 5 partner, training practice. You will be part of anexpanding nursing team that includes 3 other Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs and a phlebotomist.
Hours Our ideal is 24-30 hours/week but we will beflexible for the right candidate. (working days negotiable)

Main duties of the job
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in General Practice. You would be pivotal in supporting the Practice with its targets, chronic disease management and maintaining our standards of care for our practice population
The role involves delivery of all practice nurse services, workingas part of the practice multidisciplinary team, having responsibility for anumber of clinical areas including chronic disease management, health promotionand prevention, as well as supporting the management team in reviewing ofclinical policy and procedure.
