Duties:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
3. Provide general administrative support (ie. filing, data entry, and photocopying)
4. Assist with order entry and processing
5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
6. Schedule appointments and manage calendars
7. Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
8. Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
9. Process payments
10. Assist in word processing and preparing legal documents (ie. Wills and contracts)
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro)
4. Familiarity with ESI Law is a plus
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
8. Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Previous experience as an office receptionist or legal assistant will receive priority consideration.
