About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to contribute to the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Managing correspondence via email, phone, and post.
* Maintaining and updating company records and databases.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
* Supporting various teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
