Ultimate Recruitment are looking for Reach Truck Drivers for our client based in Desborough. You will required to hold an accredited Reach Truck licence. Hours and Pay: Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday Pay Rates PAYE: £12.12 overtime Rate £18.18 after 37.5 hours UMBRELLA: £14.85 overtime rate £21.57 after 37.5 hours Duties: Safely unload and load goods using appropriate manual handling equipment. Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System. Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements. Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately. Work collaboratively to achieve daily team targets. Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures. Requirements: Accredited Reach Truck license. Excellent time management and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills.
