The Princess Theatre is South Devon's largest regional theatre with a capacity of nearly 1,500 patrons. The Theatre first opened its doors on Wednesday 7th June 1963, with Tommy Cooper and Morecambe & Wise. We showcase the best West End and touring productions from across the UK and a wide variety of performances, including top-named comedians, musicals, local productions, one-night concerts, ballet, opera and our annual pantomime.
