About the Role
As a Loader at FCC Environment, you will be part of a team providing an effective cleansing and waste collection service across public and residential locations. You will ensure that recycling contracts are carried out in line with council specifications while maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations and environmental procedures.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, though we will consider job share requests to suit your lifestyle.

What will you be doing?
•Following Health & Safety standards at all times
•Complying with environmental procedures to ensure waste is handled responsibly
•Providing courteous and professional service to residents and businesses
•Maintaining and operating equipment daily
•Reporting any operational issues to the Supervisor
•Working flexibly to complete tasks as required by the company
What are we looking for?
•Experience in waste management or a similar role (preferred)
•Good numerical and literacy skills
•Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
•Team player with strong communication skills
•Physically fit and active – ability to handle manual tasksPunctual, reliable, and trustworthy
