Experience of training end users in a Health or Social care environment both in a group or one to one setting. General knowledge of Workforce Rostering Policies. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with the concepts of relational databases. Competent in analysing and producing data.
