Revival is an e-commerce drinks brand with a focus on hydration, vitamins, and wellness. We are growing extremely fast both domestically and internationally and we currently trade in the UK, EU, and UAE.
Due to our very strong growth, our outsourced business model is no longer viable from an economic or operational standpoint, and we are now looking to build out these functions in-house.
This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of our paid media channels (Social & Search), while being an integral part of our growth by working closely with our wider marketing team.
This is a revenue-generating role, and a key metric of success for the successful candidate will be the additional revenue brought in by their roles/activities.
The role will take ownership of all our acquisition channels, ensuring we communicate to the right customers at the right time with the right message. As our largest acquisition channel, Paid Social Media is the primary focus:
1. Manage Meta campaigns with significant budgets, focused on conversion.
2. Assist with designing/briefing conversion-focused content.
3. Explore & grow new social channels opportunities (TikTok, X, etc.) crafting relevant content to maximize ROI.
4. A/B test all content to drive conversion rates.
5. Analyze performance to advise budget allocation & future content creation.
Our other paid channels include:
1. Optimization of existing campaigns to drive revenue while introducing new campaigns to support business growth plans both domestically & internationally.
2. Manage increasing budgets to drive effective ROI.
3. Continued market reviews to ensure keywords remain relevant.
While this role is focused on the above PPC channels, we are a small, agile team who cover all aspects of our marketing activity. There will be plenty of crossover, and you will be involved in planning & executing all campaigns.
What we are looking for:
1. Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates with less will be considered, however inexperienced candidates will not be eligible.
2. Must have experience implementing & optimizing paid social campaigns.
3. Must have a keen eye for design that can be demonstrated in the interview.
4. Must be analytical minded & be able to handle & interpret large datasets.
5. Must be committed to the long-term success of the business, able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
