Customer Service Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes
Type: Temp to Perm - £12.65-£14.50 depending on level of experience
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30-16:30
Friday: 07:30-16:00
Our client in Milton Keynes is a well-known supplier in the building trade, and we are working on their behalf to find a Customer Service Assistant.
Experience or knowledge of the building trade would be advantageous, as the customer base and suppliers you will deal with are all within the construction sector.
What will this role involve:
* Serving branch customers, either on the phone or face to face in the trade counter
* Providing quotes to customers
* Following up on enquiries
* Developing sales leads
* Keeping up to date with relevant paperwork and administration
* Maintaining product knowledge to advise customers on the best products available
* Looking after product displays and shop areas, ensuring they are fully stocked and appealing to customers
