Key responsibilities of the Receptionist include:
1. Overseeing visitor bookings through the companies system, ensuring visitors are logged in on arrival
2. Taking control of a switchboard, incoming calls for the business, forwarding to appropriate members of staff and taking messages where appropriate
3. Authorise meeting room bookings
4. Support engineers with administrative tasks when required
5. Receive and coordinate the post and email enquiries received to the general enquiries and reception inbox
