The Role
As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities, staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising the site to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Managing staff rotas and maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Overseeing health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Ensuring cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are upheld.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities.
• Opening and closing the building.
What You’ll Need
• A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or the ability to achieve it in-house).
• Ideally, a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (which can be obtained in-house).
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
