As our People & Culture Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with team members and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes while driving continuous improvements in our systems and procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on the employee experience across the organisation and become a key player in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and brings a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be someone who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and delivers results efficiently. Proficiency with IT and Microsoft packages is essential, and prior HR administration experience is a plus.
