Major Recruitment are looking for an experienced 3.5T van driver to join our client's team in Nottingham, delivering fabricated steel products to various locations. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour workday and a half-hour break. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.21, with the potential for an increase after the probation period. There may also be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Salary: £12.21 per hour (increased after probation period) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Start time between 6 am and 7 am, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute break) Do you have the following? What you'll be doing as a 3.5T Van Driver: Safely operate a 3.5T delivery van to transport fabricated steel products to customer locations Plan and follow efficient delivery routes Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner Load and unload products safely, ensuring the proper handling of materials Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and report any maintenance issues Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company procedures Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries Assist with general duties related to deliveries when required What's in it for you as a 3.5T Van Driver?
