Call Centre Manager - Bayswater Vehicles
Bayswater Vehicle Group is searching for an experienced Call Centre Manager to take on the leadership of our group call centre.
This is a Full-time job based at our Head Office in Highbrook, where you will work with remote and in-person teams to support over 30,000 business customers across Aotearoa.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the call centre team to ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement call centre strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in call centre leadership.
2. Strong customer-centric approach.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
