About the Role Gaining full training from our talented training team, you will take charge of your own workload whilst greeting potential owners visiting our local regional branches, advising them as an expert in the products and services Sykes whilst guiding through their intention to holiday let and on-board with Sykes Cottages. We want to hear from those with keen negotiation and communication skills to collate documentation from the Owner and our internal Teams to guide Owners through an experiential journey to let their property, meeting your targets in conversion rates, accuracy of listings and collation of compliance documentation, working alongside the Property Recruitment Management team to deliver outstanding results, to positively drive change and motivate and inspire your fellow team members. Joining your newest sales-focussed challenge, we are offering the opportunity to earn a generous uncapped commission on top of our base salary with average earners achieving £600-£700 per month, as well as rewards for high-achievers including a trip to Paris and meals out. Your Responsibilities As Holiday Let Advisor, you will be responsible for: Building long-lasting relationships with owners through clear communication and understanding of their needs and holiday letting experience Guiding owners through their journey from initial visit to onboarding, following internal guidelines and procedures Upselling features to create value for both the owner and the businessCollaborating with the Field Team and in-house departments to ensure effective relationship-building with owners Ensuring a world-class speed to market process executed with a thorough and rigorous quality sign off process Striving for success by applying training to achieve personal and professional goals. Whilst experience in a similar role is advantageous, we will provide full training from our dedicated team to ensure you succeed and support you every step of the way as your build your confidence and career as part our team All we ask if you have the following: Previous experience working closely and successfully with customers Strong customer experience skills, preferably within a call centre environment Proven professionalism, self-motivation and strong organisational abilities Strong aptitude for learning and adaptability, with a coachable mindset Willingness to actively engage with training programs to develop skills and succeed Enthusiasm for taking on new career challenges and driving personal growth Commercial acumen Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy Sales and upselling experience Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated driven by performance Able to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines Computer literate. Although standouts will also have: Proven ability within a sales through service environment Holiday Letting experience Have a good geographical knowledge of the UK/Ireland.
