What We’re Looking For We need a dynamic, hard-working Chef de Partie with at least 2 years of experience in a similar fresh food environment. You should be comfortable working with fresh meat, fish, and game, and be eager to contribute to our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty. Assist in the development of new menus and dishes with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. Manage and train junior chefs, including demi-chef de parties and commis chefs. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and ensure health and safety rules are followed. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. What We Offer Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per year. Live-in option: Stay in a converted farmhouse if required.
