I am working with an established Domiciliary Care provider that are branching out across the West Midlands, looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to help grow their Domiciliary service. You will be supported in this role by dedicated Directors.
Looking to open up in areas such as Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Sutton Coldfield.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
1. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors.
2. To promote the service on social media and in the community to increase new client referrals.
3. To manage relationships with stakeholders.
4. To manage the business’ compliance.
5. To manage clients’ care plans and be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
6. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
7. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Experience in Domiciliary Care Management for at least 1 year; preferable to have been involved in a CQC inspection.
2. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
3. Must have a UK Driving Licence.
