Full Time Equivalent Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (M1 to UPS3)

Hours: Part-time 0.4 (13 hours per week)

Additional information: 0.4 to be worked across 4 half days (days to be confirmed pending timetable)

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Teacher of Engineering and Product Design to join our supportive and talented team at CLF Post 16. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
The ability to teach a second subject specialism (particularly Core Maths) is desirable.

* a qualified teacher or hold an equivalent teaching qualification.
* able to meet the needs of learners from key identified groups, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and High Attaining students.
* a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change, motivate colleagues and build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
* able to recognise, value and support the delivery of opportunities which extend beyond the confines of classroom delivery and seek to enrich and add value to the students experience & learning.
* empowered to develop your own expert practice and support the development of others.
About CLF Post 16 Academy
Situated in South Gloucestershire, hosted at John Cabot Academy, Post 16 serves the students of Bristol across two local authorities. We are a centre of education for ages 16-19 offering a range of level 1, 2 and 3 vocational courses and a full breadth of A Level qualifications.
