Clerk Of Works (Mechanical and Electrical)
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to be part of our Reactive Repairs Team. This will be a varied and interesting role with the successful candidate working across our property portfolio.
You’ll use your knowledge and experience to review technical and material specifications, ensure the quality of works delivered is in line with the scope of work and furthermore that the quality of work is in line with expectations.
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience of Mechanical / gas installations/electrical installations.
You will be a strong team player with a customer focused approach. You will possess excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:
Is highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and prepared to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and make things happen.
Can prioritise and successfully manage their own workload.
Has a thorough working knowledge of building services installations and heating systems.
Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Has a strong attention to detail.
A working knowledge of building maintenance and contracting relationships.
Qualifications:
ONC/HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or other relevant Building Services or Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
