3. Undertaking all administrative tasks relating to the property team
4. Front of house duties
5. Property duties - administration
6. Approvals of labelling and packaging layouts.
7. Copy checking of all marketing materials both printed and digital.
8. Arranging and sending of customer samples in conjunction with the brand managers.
9. Tracking and shipping of parcels to and from our overseas suppliers.
10. Corresponding with our overseas agents and suppliers via email.
General Office Duties
11. General office tasks when required, the role will also include generating mailings, filing and general tidying.
12. Communication with our distributors and customers.
13. Updating records in excel and word documents.
The Successful Applicant
Essential Skills:
14. Confident and clear communication skills; both verbally and written.
15. Meticulous attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
16. Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
17. Ability to plan and organize both familiar and new tasks in an office environment, within a specified deadline.
18. Highly organised with good prioritisation skills.
