Your role: You will be working with a group of learners as they progress their journey on the 12 Week Team programme. From recruitment of learners to the end of programme you will be working closely with a Team Leader and other GMFRS staff to provide an engaging, challenging fun programme designed to inspire and motivate young people 16-25. Based in Manchester you will be at the heart of the city in a high profile location with close access to partners in our delivery, the King's Trust and The Manchester College. About you: You will have experience of delivering portfolio based learning programme Project planning and budget monitoring Confident and able to represent our organisation to the wider public Standardisation and quality assurance process Practical experience of safeguarding vulnerable young people and adults Supporting training and education for learners from a range of backgrounds Have D1 driving qualification Able to attend 3 residential programmes per academic year.
