I am working alongside a growing independent financial planning firm in East Sussex who are looking to recruit financial planners from across the South East of England. They have a strong proposition for both an employed or self-employed basis. They have a large book of clients for advisers to come in and service on an employed proposition, and as a result of recent and future acquisitions, this is something they feel they can facilitate for up to 4 new employed advisers. They are also able to provide leads for new business as a result of strong connections with local businesses, like solicitors and accountancy practices. They will provide full admin, paraplanning and compliance/marketing support in order for existing advisers to step across into the new role and hit the ground running. If you have a client following, you can service their existing clients until your clients follow you over.
