About The Role
We are now seeking a Delivery Support Advisor to ensure that our customers receive their kitchen with a smooth delivery process, identifying and resolving any issues along the way. No experience is needed for this position as full training will be provided. Main Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer, internal departments & showroom queries through various channels of communication
2. Achieve individual and department targets and expectations set out by department managers
3. Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
4. Pro-actively manage a number of showrooms’ open order banks
5. Ensure all customers experience a smooth delivery process
6. Work individually and as a team to achieve the daily & weekly targets set
7. Monitor the showrooms’ compliance and highlight any concerns to management
8. Take ownership and resolve all queries you receive
9. Provide all Wren customers / showrooms with an exceptional customer service experience
10. Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers / showrooms with a ‘can do attitude’
11. Identify and report on any processes that result in a poor customer / showroom experience
12. Provide annual leave cover for other members of the team
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
22. GCSE level C or above in English and Maths
23. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
24. Good IT skills
25. Experience in using MS Office
26. Customer Service experience
27. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
