This position plays a key role in managing customer relationships, overseeing sales activities, and facilitating effective communication between the sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities: Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handling both repeat orders and new sales opportunities primarily over the phone. Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to help achieve and exceed company sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. ERP System : Efficiently manage order processing through the company’s ERP system (prior experience with ERP systems is preferred, but full training will be provided). CRM Management : Accurately log market insights, sales data, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts. Production Coordination : Liaise with the production team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and any delays or issues are communicated effectively. Customer Support : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Administrative Support : Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support to the sales team when required. Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in account management. A third-level qualification and/or at least two years of relevant sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
