Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will be part of a team and responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering exceptional levels of performance to the business, whilst maintaining compliance with applicable with policy, process, and controls. Working as part of the Quality Control team our ideal team member will have previous experience in Stakeholder and relationship management with excellent attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES To perform quality assurance activities across CBMF processes, ensuring quality standards are maintained to agreed levels and delivered on a timely basis To perform end to end testing for the purpose of the identification of customer harm Interacting with others at all levels across a client organisation, including senior-level executives Maintenance of data processes and reports using excel Ensuring the department are aware of their own level of quality and are encouraged to deliver exceptional performance in line with agreed standards Report findings/feedback to appropriate individuals and managers Review administration tasks for potential ongoing simplification and process improvement potential opportunities and provide feedback to the line management Ensure the testing spreadsheet is kept up to date and assurance is being completed inline with the QA Framework Maintain a knowledge of regulation (i.e., DISP,) ensuring any breaches identified are reported and escalated within a timely manner Maintain an appropriate level of learning of the company’s products, processes, and controls along with regulatory changes to ensure that all actions are appropriate and in keeping with all business requirements and/or regulatory needs WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE: Advanced Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical and proactive skills, working logically and systematically Ability to work under pressure and remain effective Ability to work well as part of a team Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the analytical approach to problem solving Stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical people Good level of understand of Consumer Duty and requirement We are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone.
