Product: GI Interventional and Endoscopy portfolios. The Endoscopy portfolio includes both Capital and Consumable products. The GI Interventional role portfolio primarily focuses on a consumable portfolio including GI Metals Stents, Endoscopic Haemostasis, EndoRFA and ERCP Endoscopic accessories.

What you’ll be doing:
* This is a dual role between Endoscopy and GI Interventional. The role of the Territory Manager is to effectively increase sales volume and revenue in both divisions, through medical device product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share. You will have a dedicated Clinical Specialist and Engineer to support you.
* You will always act ethically and with integrity and take every opportunity to promote the organisation and its values and increase its standing within the market.
Stakeholders selling to: Clinicians, theatre managers and nursing staff, Endoscopic Clinicians, Unit Managers, Consultants in Oncology, GI, Endoscopy, department managers, Procurement. Endoscopy suites - Consultants of all disciplines and specialist nursing staff.
Here’s what you need:
* You'll be graduate calibre with 2+ years medical sales experience. You must be highly organised and have experience of managing a territory. Cultural fit is key.
* Experience in Endoscopy or GI is desirable.
* Professional skills: Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skills.
* Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers.
* Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.
* Highly developed interpersonal, networking and influencing skills.
* Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
* Proven experience in managing pressure, deadlines, and setbacks efficiently while maintaining commitment despite opposition.
