We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in the OL15 area due to an increase in class sizes in the 2024 academic year.
Position Overview: As a 1:1 KS2 TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our young learners. You will have the opportunity to provide targeted interventions and assist small groups of children in mastering essential skills, particularly focusing on phonics and core subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting engaging and effective phonics interventions
* Assisting small groups of students in core subjects
* Collaborating with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies
