Job: Client Operations Executive
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time. Mon - Friday (Hybrid 2/3)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE

What’s great about the role?
We are looking for a proactive Client Operations Executive to arrange engagement visits, manage client relationships, and support the smooth rollout of benefit programs. You will liaise with key contacts, ensure targets and KPIs are met, manage client paperwork, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves handling on-site issues, assisting with departmental administration (including travel bookings), and ensuring effective scheduling for employee engagement visits. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

What are we looking for?
* Experience in and confidence speaking with customers, either face to face or over the phone
* Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
* Experience of planning and scheduling work to tight deadlines would be an advantage
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust, challenge effectively, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
* Resilient and adaptable under pressure, capable of managing conflicting priorities while upholding high personal and company standards.
* Customer-focused mindset, committed to understanding needs and exceeding expectations where possible.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
