We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join Talbots as an HRIS Implementation Executive on a fixed term contract. To be successful, you will have experience successfully implementing HRIS projects with strong technical expertise in implementation, configuration, and customisation.
As an HRIS Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, configuring the HRIS, and ensuring a successful and seamless implementation process.

What the job involves:
* Lead the implementation of the HRIS project, understanding stakeholder requirements, and providing tailored solutions whilst overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, process flows, and data needs for HRIS configuration.
* Conduct data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation as well as system and user acceptance testing.
* Develop and deliver system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client teams in system adoption and usage.
What you need:
* Proven experience as an HRIS Implementation Executive or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing HRIS projects with in-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR best practices.
* Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems and their implementation, configuration, and customisation such as IRIS Cascade, Access People XD, or similar systems.
* Competent in project management and data migration, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with effective organisational and time management.
