About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, both in small groups and one-to-one settings. Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. Support students with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom. Help prepare and organise learning materials to enhance the educational experience. Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of students. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
