You will have compassion and the integrity to treat people with dignity and respect. Care Certificate training is also beneficial however not critical. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS Check, the cost to be met by United Response. Your Role The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices. Even though personal care is an element of the position, this role is all about building one to one relationships with the person you will be supporting and enjoying spending time with each other.
