This is a hybrid role which combines working from home for some of the week, with office and site visits.

How you’ll change it up
As a Build Delivery Lead, you’ll help us fill our ambition of delivering Fibre to the Home (FTTH) to 8 million premises across the UK. You’ll be responsible for the technical capability of your assigned workstreams for all build related assurance activity. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
1. Ensuring quality standards and Build Partner adherence to DR10 process and requirements, monitoring DR10 submissions from the Build Partner
2. Taking responsibility for the oversight of defect performance and trends in line with contractual obligations
3. Providing a clear view of Local Authority defects, including category, volumes, and overall quality impact
4. Monitoring and managing all Depotnet and Progressive Assurance related activities
5. Owning the agreed schedule of BDUK witness tests, to drive quality and compliance to CityFibre build specifications
6. Monitoring fibre test results at handover stage ensuring they are fully compliant to CityFibre specifications
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll have strong and current project management experience gained within a telecoms or utilities environment, alongside a thorough understanding of fibre architecture and build methodologies. You’ll also bring the following with you:
7. Fibre Optic / Cabling Installation experience (certifications where applicable)
8. NRSWA Qualification
9. Full Driver’s License that is valid in the UK
