We are recruiting Science Teachers for short-term & long-term supply positions.
Your new role
You will be responsible for teaching Science on a short-term / long-term basis.You may be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as completing the subsequent marking and assessment of pupils' work, ensuring all pupils are progressing well within the classroom.
Behaviour management will also be your priority, ensuring pupils are achieving to the best of their ability.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will need to be a qualified teacher, have experience working in secondary schools in the past 5 years and hold QTS.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid to scale from day one, reflecting your experience up to main scale 6 (where TLR and additional responsibilities are not expected).You will have a dedicated and supportive Hays Consultant who will be in contact with you throughout the duration of the contract, and in addition to this, you will also be invited to join our Hays Education Hub App, which is how we will send out newly registered jobs tailored to you.

There is also a potential that long-term positions will be extended as well as made permanent, depending on the situation of the role / school.
