As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to children and young people in our care during the night. Requirements: Previous experience working with children and young people in a care setting NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work night shifts on a rota basis A valid UK driver's license and access to a car Responsibilities: Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people during the night Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and young people in your care Administering medication and completing relevant paperwork Conducting regular checks on the children and young people throughout the night Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans Collaborating with other team members to provide a high standard of care Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Why work with us?
