The Role
The Floor Manager oversees food and beverage operations, manages a team to deliver excellent service, and ensures a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests, and staff.
Main Duties
* Develop and implement service standards and systems
* Lead staff training on products and service initiatives
* Collaborate with departments to ensure top-notch member and guest experiences
* Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff
* Gather and act on member feedback
* Ensure staff are trained on company values and responsibilities
* Monitor work quality and timely task completion
* Maintain professional appearance
* Prepare staff rotas and manage overtime
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Candidate Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
* Experience managing F&B operations
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Fluent in English
* Reliable and team-oriented
* Knowledge of Opera, Micros, Adaco advantageous
* Understanding of local authority requirements
* Personal license and SIA knowledge
Working Hours
* Varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and close times
* Average 45 hours/week
