Alexander James Recruiting is looking to expand with the addition of a new Apprentice Recruitment Consultant based in Worcester. A specialist within specific niche sectors in the Sales & Engineering arena, we require an individual with a strong desire to be part of a long-term growth plan which comes with great earning potential & career development. We have a strategy for the future of the company and the successful individual will benefit from a long term plan to fit into the business either within a Recruitment Consultant capacity or that of an administrator/marketer depending on their chosen path.

Role Responsibilities
* Posting adverts on the company website, on job sites and through the recruitment software system
* Updating CRM with candidate and customer information
* Designing GIF’s job ads and other marketing to improve the company's digital presence
* Resourcing candidates by searching job sites & LinkedIn
* Answering candidate and client calls and following up on queries
* Formatting and sending CVs to relevant parties
* Be proactive in finding new ways to improve the company's operations through improving on technologies and seeking new ones
* Managing social media aspects of the company in order to boost our online presence and profile
* Help improve company website by making website edits and adding new content
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who seeks a long-term opportunity with a growing business and would therefore suit a person with good administrative skills who wants a career in Recruitment that provides them with a strong path for development. However, we would also consider an individual who is skilled and happy to focus on the administrative/marketing aspect of this position longer term. You must have strong written and verbal skills with the ability to write emails and organise data coherently with an appreciation for attention to detail. Ultimately you must be able to see the bigger picture of what the business is trying to achieve and buy into this to add value to our organisation.
