What you'll do:
Process orders and maintain accurate records
Provide top-notch customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and internal teams
Conduct sales analysis and provide reports to assist in decision-making
Collaborate with supply chain planning for efficient inventory management
What we're looking for:
Strong customer support and order processing experience are essential
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
