Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join Nottinghamshire County Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The Role: Negotiating with external suppliers on price and delivery for goods and services. Provide estimations, costs, purchase orders, completing orders for invoicing and entering job details in to the MIS to create technical specifications on works orders. Monitor project budgets and workloads and provide progress reports. Manage the technical specifications of all the print services; including fulfilment, direct marketing, variable data, mailing and distribution. Support in the management and maintenance of a document repository system, admin systems and processes and business critical stock levels. Quality assures goods and services and proofs prior to full production and customer receipt. Requirements: Experience of working in Graphics, Procurement, Print, or Digital Services Experience of operating and producing, interpreting and presenting management information.
