We are seeking a dedicated Property Engagement Coordinator to support procurement activities across the AASC (Asylum Accommodation and Support Services) contract. This role is critical in ensuring the effective and compliant sourcing of suitable properties, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of regional demand plans. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Post Code Consultation (PCC) process from end to end, including challenges, escalations, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with Local Authorities and UKVI, triaging and escalating risk assessments and concerns. Ensure compliance with due diligence processes and maintain accurate procurement records. Act as a subject matter expert in property risk and suitability in line with the AASC contract. Monitor and report property outcomes and pipeline progression to meet bed space capacity target. Maintain professional communications with landlords, local authorities, and internal teams. Represent the property procurement team in engagement events and support cross-functional collaboration.
