Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Technician to assist with facility maintenance, compliance, and repairs across multiple sites.
Responsibilities include supporting outsourced contracts, planned maintenance, emergency response, and general site upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
* Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Provide first-line response for security and fire services.
* Assist with modifications, installations, and minor repairs.
* Work closely with external contractors to ensure quality service.
Requirements:
* Experience in Facilities Maintenance and Health & Safety.
* Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices.
* Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
* Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is beneficial.
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Forklift truck license (not essential).
* OSHA 10 certification (or equivalent).
