A Dynamic, Supported Team You will be supported by a skilled team including: ENT consultants A Specialist Registrar from the South London training programme Four experienced middle-grade doctors Four Junior Clinical Fellow doctors A dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist for head and neck care Main duties of the job The 3 new consultants will join the multi-disciplinary ENT team based at The Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) as part of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, supporting ENT services across South-East London. The roles involve providing general outpatient care, elective and emergency surgeries for adults and children, with a sub-specialty in otology or head and neck surgery. The post-holders will also engage in teaching and training staff. Each position includes a 1:4 non-resident on-call rota, with the potential for weekend work in the future. The post-holder will work across Trust sites as needed and will report to the clinical director and lead. The ENT department collaborates closely with the audiology department. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical service, leading the specialty team, supporting teaching and research with King's College London, and following Trust procedures and policies. The post-holder will help meet the growing demand for ENT services in the region, including outpatient sessions, operating lists, and on-call duties. The role is supported by registrars, middle-grade doctors, and clinical nurse specialists.
