Role Overview: They are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the financial services sector, a proven track record of results, and a hunger to drive new business while managing an existing client bank of 100-200 clients. Key Responsibilities: Generate a minimum of £10,000 worth of new business each month, with commission incentives for exceeding targets. Conduct 5-6 client appointments per day, focusing on building strong relationships and upselling services. Carry out in-depth financial reviews and handle new enquiries, making approximately 15-20 calls per week to engage potential clients. Onboard new members into an existing large SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension). Collaborate with a dedicated IFA admin team to assist with fact-finding and feasibility letters. Stay updated on financial products and legislation, informing clients of any changes that may affect their investments and savings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure and cost transparency for services provided. What They’re Looking For: Full Dip FA Level 4 qualification required. 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or sales. Strong sales acumen with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively. Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and focus on client outcomes. Smart and professional appearance, with a collaborative spirit that thrives in an open-plan office. Compensation: Competitive basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience. Bonus income based on production, with a target of £120,000. Workplace company pension scheme.
