Our client is a rapidly growing business who support MSPs in management of 365 policies across their tenants. With offices globally, they now looking to bring on an IT graduate who can provide technical support to internal members of staff. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional support to internal staff. This role involves troubleshooting various IT issues, maintaining computer networks, and ensuring that all systems run smoothly. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for technical support and will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience. Duties Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems. Assist users with desktop support, including troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Office applications. Manage computer networking tasks, including configuration and maintenance of TCP/IP settings. Utilise remedy software to log and track support requests, ensuring all incidents are documented accurately. Analyse system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve application-related issues. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improve service delivery. Maintain an organised inventory of IT equipment and supplies. Qualifications IT related degree or similar. Familiarity with remedy software or similar ticketing systems is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in IT support or networking would be beneficial but are not essential.
