We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a supply basis in the Leeds area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and help students achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Ability to deliver 1:1 and small-group support to meet individual learning needs.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
* Knowledge of strategies to support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs is desirable.
* A team player with excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals.
